Key Process Principals
We start by listening to our mentees to understand their goals and customize their development plan.
We teach the art of professionalism and perception. Though a hands on experience and scenario based games
We teach the proper etiquette and steps when it comes to networking. We use networking based exercises to build our mentees confidence
We teach the lost art of cultivating relationships. We teach different strategies' and communication tools mentees can use to build gain access to resources
At the end of the program we work with our mentees on their resumes and final presentations. This will help them articulate their experience and result with confidence.
